Projekt-propozimet e paraqitura duhet t\u00eb realizohen deri n\u00eb muajin dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 2026 dhe duhet t\u2019i p\u00ebrmbahen kritereve t\u00eb shpallura n\u00eb Udh\u00ebzuesin e Granteve.<\/p>\n<p>We emphasize that the Committee for National Minorities, in its role as the funding authority, is based on the following principles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Freedom of participation and competition;<\/li>\n<li>Non-discrimination and equal treatment;<\/li>\n<li>Transparency of procedures and decision-making, providing all candidates with the relevant procedural information;<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with the grant objectives and the efficient use of resources, based on the competitive system and criteria that enable the evaluation of the project proposal as well as the technical and financial specifications for the selection and allocation of the grant;<\/li>\n<li>The absence of retroactivity, excluding the possibility of allocating funds for activities already carried out as of the decision date;<\/li>\n<li>Impartiality in review and decision-making, and the prevention of conflicts of interest;<\/li>\n<li>Exclusion of overlap, which means avoiding the financing of the same activity for the same specific purpose more than once during a fiscal year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Completed applications (with all supporting documents) must be
