N\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb ligjit nr.96\/2017, \u201cP\u00ebr mbrojtjen e pakicave komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, t\u00eb vendimit nr.286, dat\u00eb 10.5.2019, t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave, \u201cP\u00ebr miratimin e procedurave t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhjes s\u00eb kryetarit, n\u00ebnkryetarit dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Komitetit p\u00ebr Pakicat Komb\u00ebtare\u201d, t\u00eb ndryshuar, b\u00ebhet njoftimi p\u00ebr aplikim p\u00ebr p\u00ebrzgjedhjen dhe em\u00ebrimin e n\u00ebnkryetarit t\u00eb Komitetit p\u00ebr Pakicat Komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

The open public competition procedures are conducted by the Prime Minister\u2019s Office, based on point 4, Article 20, of Law No. 96\/2017, \u201cOn the Protection of National Minorities in the Republic of Albania.\u201d<\/p>\n

  1. a) T\u00eb jen\u00eb persona q\u00eb u p\u00ebrkasin pakicave komb\u00ebtare, sipas p\u00ebrcaktimit n\u00eb pik\u00ebn 2, t\u00eb nenit 3, t\u00eb ligjit nr. 96\/2017, \u201cP\u00ebr mbrojtjen e pakicave komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d;<\/li>\n
  2. b) T\u00eb jen\u00eb personalitete t\u00eb shquara, me kontribute t\u00eb spikatura n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e mbrojtjes s\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb pakicave komb\u00ebtare;<\/li>\n
  3. c) T\u00eb ken\u00eb eksperienc\u00eb pune jo m\u00eb pak se 10 (dhjet\u00eb) vjet n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e mbrojtjes s\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb pakicave komb\u00ebtare.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • Mb\u00ebshtetje, me rekomandim nga t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 1 shoqat\u00eb e regjistruar sipas p\u00ebrcaktimeve t\u00eb ligjit nr.8788, dat\u00eb 7.5.2001, \u201cP\u00ebr organizatat jofitimprur\u00ebse\u201d, t\u00eb ndryshuar, q\u00eb n\u00eb statutin e saj ka t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar si objekt t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb mbrojtjen dhe promovimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb pakic\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, sipas p\u00ebrcaktimit n\u00eb pik\u00ebn 2, t\u00eb nenit 3, t\u00eb ligjit nr.96\/2017, \u201cP\u00ebr mbrojtjen e pakicave komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d;<\/li>\n
    • A copy of the identification card;<\/li>\n
    • A criminal record certificate;<\/li>\n
    • Curriculum vitae<\/em>\u00a0in Albanian (each page requires a signature)<\/li>\n
    • Notarized diploma certificates as well as documents proving experience in the required fields;<\/li>\n
    • Dokument q\u00eb t\u00eb provoj\u00eb njohjen e gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb pakic\u00ebs q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsoj\u00eb (vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr ato pakica komb\u00ebtare q\u00eb kan\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e tyre);<\/li>\n
    • Candidates, individually: support, with recommendation, from at least five (5) individuals who are prominent figures with contributions to the respective national minority in the Republic of Albania;<\/li>\n
    • A self-declaration form (completed and signed), in accordance with Law No. 138\/2015, \u201cOn Guaranteeing the Integrity of Persons Elected, Appointed, or Exercising Public Functions,\u201d as amended;<\/li>\n
    • An application form (completed and signed) for informing officials prior to appointment\/election to high-ranking positions, in accordance with Law No. 45\/2015, \u201cOn the Right to Access Documents of the Former State Security of the People\u2019s Socialist Republic of Albania.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
