Konstantina Beziani, born in Gjirokastër on July 28, 1960, completed her university studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, earning a Master of Science degree in Public Law, with a specialization in "Minorities in Albania and European Standards."
Mrs. Beziani pursued her postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, Department of Public Law, during the period 2003–2005, and defended her micro-thesis on the topic “Minorities in Albania and European Standards.”
During the period June 2003 – January 2004, she served as Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, and Equal Opportunities.
Currently, Mrs. Beziani has been serving as the Head of the Committee on National Minorities since March 2004. She is responsible for drafting and implementing the policies and strategies of the Committee on National Minorities, an institution under the authority of the Prime Minister’s Office, in support of all national minorities. Additionally, Mrs. Beziani represents the institution in relations with other state bodies and international organizations.
